Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

 

Shipping Destinations & Methods:

We ship worldwide from our primary warehouse in Hong Kong / China. 

Items are shipped via international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express). 

Delivery times vary:

Asia/USA/Canada: 5-14 business days 

Europe/Australia: 10-20 business days

Other Regions: 15-20 business days 

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can cause additional delays. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order values, which will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders (shipped from Hong Kong/China), the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly by the customer to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Shipping Address & Issues: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at sales@nesso-autotech.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
