REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at sales@nesso-autotech.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Restocking Fee

15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection costs.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Installed or used products (unless defective)
  • Custom-programmed or VIN-coded items
  • Products that have been modified or altered

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, the refund (minus 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method
  3. Refunds typically appear within 10 business days
  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@nesso-autotech.com

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital diagnostic tools (once activated)
  • Products installed in vehicles (unless defective)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Customers

If you are a European Union consumer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees still apply.
